Responsibilities:

Responsible for the daily production operations of the company and all its components;

Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal USDA/HACCP policies and regulations;

Maintain and improve process efficiency and quality standards adherence;

Recommend optimal production solutions and equipment needs;

Develop and update all operations procedure manuals;

Responsible for staff adherence and improvement using Lean Manufacturing principles;

Manage production personnel:Work allocation,training, and problem resolution;

Evaluate employee performance and motivate to achieve peak productivity;

Work with management team to implement new or revise current products and procedures: labeling,packaging, ingredient research, costing;

Maintain a proactive equipment maintenance program;

Forecast facility capabilities and manage annual production operating budget;

Measure and upgrade stands for all job functions and procedures;

Able to implement new Projects/handle Project Management issue;

Responsible for the product quality control for the plant and repor accordingly;

Analyze and implement process flow improvements, to include capabilities for growth.

 

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree, majored in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering, MBA is preferred;

At least 5 years of Plant Management Experience in Manufacturing principles and methods in the Automotive Industry;

Ability to plan, organize and prioritize routine job responibilities;

Ability to work effectively independently and under pressure;

Good spoken English is a must, and German is preferred;

Excellent skills with Microsoft office;

Honest, hard-working, team-spirit and organization skills.
