In this role, you will: Responsibilities for the area of RC Business include financial management and people management processes, adhering to bank policies. In addition, this area is responsible for audit and control processes, as well as MI and Reporting and Communications for the Compliance function. This Business Manager role will assist the Team head to support the RC Head China in coordinating departmental BCP/DBIRO/record/change management and other required tasks and delivering against these objectives in order to leverage Compliance teams and best practice across this Risk Function globally.
