工作职责：
Function Support:
? Provide office administration support to OFS function teams;
? Support HR to organize and coordinate G11 project by quarterly; submit English program report monthly; and other related HR activities support;
? Assist legal team to do POAs, shareholders and BoD, Internal requests for corporate documents, Legal Sign requests Management of LS Requests, and other administrative support etc.;
? Support transformation to organize and coordinate trainings;
? Telephone Call Answering & Transferring; update telephone directory correctly monthly and sending out the updated Directory by 1st of each month;
? Other applicable assignments from function teams;
BU Support (Temporarily Job - around 4 months):
? Provide daily office administration support to BU managers;
? Sets up and maintain service groups records and documentation;
? Lead the arrangement for VIP visits and business events up to BU level;
? Facilitate the major segment and OFS events;
? Other applicable assignments from the BU managers;

? Bachelor degree or above
? Patient, compassionate and high sense of responsibility
? Good communication and interpersonal skill
? Good anti-pressure ability
? Good skill on solving problems initiatively
