具体岗位描述:

German automotive components production enterprises.工作职责Duties:1.整体掌握销售人员的工作安排以保证销售计划的完成.
Oversee the sales activities of a sales team and stipulate strategic sales plan
2.执行销售计划,并分析销售数据以及时向上级报告或提供调整分析。
Execute sales planning, result analyzing and reporting
3.指导销售助理和销售人员提高销售部门的专业性。
Coach and develop people of the sales team
4.新项目报价审核。
New Project price quotation management
5.监督销售部门问题事件并引导相关销售人员及时并合理解决。
Supervise and solve any issues sales staff encounter
6.分析年度销售报告,并以此为年底价格谈判提供依据和建议。
Based on yearly sales report to do analysis and give suggestion on yearly sales price negotiation.任职资格Requirements:1学历和专业Degree and Majority
(1)市场营销或相关专业本科以上学历。
Bachelor Degree and above , Marketing or engineering or other relevant disciplines.
2培训和资历 Training and Qualification
(1)接受过市场营销,管理,合同法,经济法,财务知识及产品知识等方面的培训。
Familiar with Marketing ,Business Management , contract Law , Economic Law , Financial Knowledge , Cost Sense;
3工作经验Years of Working Experience
(1)5-10年的市场营销工作经验,了解汽车行业。
5-10 years sales and marketing experience with knowledge of automotive industry.
