具体岗位描述：

一、工作职责Duties1.核对、记录当班员工的出勤情况。
Check and record the attendance of the operators.
2.接受生产任务，并加以实施完成。
Take the production task and achieve it.
3.布置班组的生产并及时掌握进度，协调好上、下道工序生产。
Arrange the production and command the schedule, assort with previous and next work procedure.
4.督导操作工按工艺操作，督促QC执行巡检，并确保产品的质量达水平。
Direct the operators work according SOP, supervise and urge QC to do in-process inspection and ensure the quality.
5.监督本班人员遵守劳动纪律，贯彻执行安全生产。
Supervise the whole team obey the disciplines, carry out safety production.
6.布置员工完成生产场地的“6S”工作。
Disposal operators do 6S.
7.填报当班的生产日报表。
Fill in production report of her shift.
8.记录交接班记录，做好交接班工作。
Record hand over and take over shift note.
9.对新进员工进行指导和培训。并及时调整班内人员，确保生产正常。
Train and direct new operator; adjust the operators in order to ensure normal production.
10.完成对员工考勤、考评的汇总工作。
Make evaluation of operators.二、任职资格Requirements:
1.学历Degree:高中（中专）
senior high school(technical secondary school)
2.至少一年班长工作经验
more than 1 year experience of teamleader,
3.所需技能Skills:具有组织、完成产质量任务的能力。
Have the ability of organizing and finishing the task of output and quality.
4.具有较强的协调、沟通能力
have a better ability of harmony and communication
5.汽车零部件和电子行业优先
