· 调研竞争对手的薪酬状况,提出薪酬方面的建议以确保公司薪酬福利的市场竞争力
· Coordinate with third party to provide payroll, benefit and insurance service to employees
· 和第三方外包机构进行协调,为员工提供工资计算与发放、福利和保险等服务
· Execute employee relations programs, including corporate culture activities organization, employee communication, employee recognition, labor conflict handling, ensure employee morale and satisfaction
· 实施员工关系项目,如企业文化建设活动,员工沟通,员工奖励,劳资冲突解决,确保员工士气和员工满意度
· Handle personnel procedures such as working time monitoring, HR information input and update, HR outsourcing management, application for employee passport, short term residence certificate for foreign employees, Visa application
· 处理人事行政手续,如工作时间监控,人力资源信息输入和更新,人力资源外包管理,员工护照、外籍员工暂住证、签证的申请等
· Communicate and coordinate with administrative departments of government, to make sure legality of company operation and ompany’s sound business operation.

Requirement:
任职资格:
· 2-3 years relevant HR experience.
· 2-3年相关人力资源工作经验
· Bachelor and above
· 大学本科或以上学位
· Professional HR affiliations (HR Institute of Management or equivalent)

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Formulate production plans, mode of operations and contract structures, including tolling producer.
2. Provide common direction and policy at the plant location.
3. Ensure that production in JV is a reliable supplier of quality seed for local markets.
4. Coordinate logistics, purchasing, H.R. Finance and other support functions.
5. Facilitate communication between China MFG Management and JV Management Teams.
6. Provide training and leadership for the JV Production Management Team.
Requirement:
1. Master degree in Agronomy or an Agricultural related field.
2. Minimum of 5 to 7 years of seed production management or similar agri-business experience.
3. Management experience with substantial experience in field and plant seed production.
4. Excellent interpersonal communication skills are must.
5. Very prficient oral and writing skills in English are required.
6. Excellent management and leadership skills.
7. Excellent skill for data processing and analysis

岗位职责:
MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB:
The primary purpose of this role is to provide administrative, secretarial support to GM and other Leadership Team members.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Assume responsibility for designated administrative and secretarial duties as required.
2. Assist in the coordination of logistics (plan, prepare and coordinate agenda or detailed program), for presentations, seminars, trainings, meetings group meetings or conferences hosted by Supervisors. Coordinate agenda for Leadership Team meeting and Board meeting. Consolidate and prepare Weekly Business Update.
3. Perform complex and accurate word processing tasks in the production of typed and formatted documents, reports and letters, as well as prepare overhead slides/presentations using graphical applications.
4. Handle incoming correspondence and determines the response or action required; distributed or make appropriate recommendations of referrals to individuals or departments concerned; keep relevant personnel informed.
5. Draft, compose, construct, type correspondence and preserve confidentiality of restricted and classified information.
6. Develop a comprehensive filling system for all correspondence, reports and documentary records and labels all working files, folios, reports for easy identification, access and quick retrieval in anticipation of future use and reference. And ensure that all documents are maintained properly
7. Process information and produce reports as needed by the function.
8. Arrange appointments and hotel accommodation for visitors, and assist them during their visit as necessary.
Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree;
2. Fluency in both conversational and written English and Chinese;
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, etc.
4. High integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality and sensitive information;
5. Strong interpersonal skill, verbal and written communication skills;
6. Strong team work spirit, sense of responsibility and maturity;
7. Working experience in multinational companies is preferable;
