Job Description:
Main Tasks:
- Be key person for participating in sales strategy, the annual sales and project budget and target setting; develop, implement and manage sales strategies to support the business plan, develop & grow market share continuously;
- Establish and up-date the sales forecast, understand and track the market needs;
- Develop and implement strategies and programs to grow sales through new projects;
- Develop and visit current and potential customers, expand relationships and look for new projects.
- Collect and analyze information on automobile industry to diagnostic performance of BFC (Bulten Fasteners China) sales and competitor business;
- Develop high level contact with customer decision makers and win the loyalty of the customer through the excellent communication skills and customer oriented attitude;
- Project Management with the customer specific APQP needs.
- Attending the test phase at the customer and organization of requested tests at Headquarter (HQ);
- Organize customer plant visit and audit, be coordinator between BFC and customer;
- Improve the service to ensure quick and efficient response to customer;
- Achieve and beyond sales target quantitatively, and control sales expenses within budget;
- Initial analysis customer requirements and work with program team and engineering team to get feasible PPAP approved by customer;
- Well prepare and deliver routine, project sales reports and presentation on time; prepare and supervise all internal and external delivery of sales presentations to customers, Headquarter and management to ensure data’s reality and in official form;
- Ensure the sales records are collected effectively and be kept both in paper and computer completely, efficiently and safely (all customers and contactors’ information are confidential, only be used for BFC business);
- Define KAMs’ work scale, responsibility, in charge of overall Sales projects with the objective to achieve company sales target; select, train, supervise and develop KAMs through goal setting, measure of levels of achievements;
- Coach and lead subordinate to improve KAMs performance continuously to meet customer and company business and development needs, set up sales regulations and rules;
- Lead sales team to follow company regulations, and be coordinator of communication between sales and management;
- Give training proposal for sales employee to HR, and organize training with HR for customer updated special requirement;
- Travel inside and outside Chine flexible to achieve BFC business request;
- Arrange self-work flexible
- Fulfill other orders/assignments of direct manager, unless they violate national legal and/or safety regulations.
Requirements:
5 + years’ experience in managerial position, in auto industry.
Experience related with OEM, Tier 1 customers, familiar with Ts******.
Bachelor (or above) degree in Engineering or Business Management.
High flexibility to work on multi-task assignments.
Able to travel in China and abroad.
Fluent oral English.

Job Description:
- Establish a highly efficient manufacturing operations center through managing departments such as production, engineering, tooling preparation, maintenance, planning, outsourcing, etc;
- Organize all the production and production-related activities to maximum effectiveness ensuring production and key performance indicators are consistently met; focus on identifying and implementing improvements for cost down, enhance productivity and upgrading efficiency, quality, reduction of less scrap and reworks;
- Develop and implement production management and control procedures according to automotive industrial standards and company quality system;
- Trace (together with HR) and keep updated all safety related National/Local laws and regulations to ensure plant operation compliance with them; execute safety regulations observation by subordinates;
- Recruit and build a highly motivated and success-oriented team to achieve team and production target, set up career development for employee;
- Evaluate employee performance regularly, ensure proper level of technical and management training and team building for self and staff or requested;
- Build and develop operational planning and reporting system to ensure efficiency and objectives achievement;
- Efficiently support Sales to gain more projects/customers and obtain competitive position in industry;
- Provide a plan and lead the effort for the plant sustainable development, coordinate with other department communication ( Quality, HR, Finance, Sales, Purchasing) to ensure the efficient production and maximization of the production output;
- Be responsible for budget setting up of related departments and be the leader of project and continuous improvement activities;
- Be an active member of management team;
- Ensure proper and efficient usage of company resources and materials;
- Be responsible for RM and WIP control;
- Be responsible for implementation and control of execution of company quality, organizational and disciplinary rules/regulations set up by the company;
- Communicate and ensure proper communication with other group companies;
- Perform other related duties as assigned by GM.
