工作职责
1.Sound experience in training and/or human resource development environments.

2.Proficiency in written and spoken English with translation skills.

3.Sound interpersonal skills including negotiation skills and the ability to communicate and liaise at all levels of management.

4.Experience in self managed and self directed roles.

5.An understanding of evaluation processes and applications.

任职资格
1. Establishes, maintains and manages a communication and recording system for training needs through training surveys, Performance Appraisal and Development forms, employee initiated training and company directed training.

2. Establishes and maintains an effective recording and reporting process of training needs and outcomes to input to company expenditure reviews and determine future training requirements both at individual and company level.

3. Provides a liaison point to link the competencies required for each role, the JD established and the training required to ensure role accomplishment.

4.. Undertakes training surveys across all departments on an annual basis to pre determine information for annual training planning.
