Requirements:
Computer literacy (Word and Excel mandatory).
Good verbal and written communication skills in English
Hands on in Microsoft Word and Excel
Job Profile:
Take responsibility for meeting scheduling
Maintain schedules, assist with deliverables and support team member needs for facility
Maintain calendar of executives
International/Domestic Travel co-ordination/arrangement for executives, including ticketing , transportation, accommodation, invitation letter, visa application and reimbursement.
Support all managers and all team members in daily office administration job
Support team’s big events.
Reporting (Workstation/Assets Updation, Managers Specific reporting)
Helps preparation of presentations for Management meetings
